Fabricated foams

PE foam sheets of various densities (from 15 to 145 kg/m3) and various thicknesses (from 1 to 100 mm), various colours and properties (conductive and antistatic), cross-linked and non-cross-linked are used to create the desired shape of the packaging by various methods of processing - cutting, pressing using die-cutting tools, hot air welding, gluing, or assembling by means of locks.

IRE-TEX Praha supplies polyethylene foam primarily from Sealed Air company.

EXTRUDED POLYETHYLENE

• Stratocell® – laminated PE planks  in thicknesses from 20 mm - 100 mm and densities from 20 - 30 kg/m³ in white and pink (anti-static offering).
• Ethafoam® – fully extruded PE planks in thicknesses from 30 mm - 100 mm and densities from  35 - 140 kg/m³ in white, black and pink (antistatic offering).
• Ethafoam®, Synergy® – fully extruded fine cell PE planks in thicknesses from 33 - 64 kg/m³ in white and black.

We also offer a range of other materials, such as non-crosslinked EPE foams such as Cellu-Cushion® or Mirelon, as well as crosslinked foams such as Plastazote.
